Customised & Made-to-Order Items
- For tailor-made or customised items, please allow approximately 3–4 weeks for production and delivery.

- Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your shipping address, courier performance, customs processing (for international orders) and seasonal demand.
Shipping Restrictions
- We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes with any of our delivery services. Please provide a full physical address at checkout.
- The contents of your order and your delivery postcode will determine which delivery options are available at checkout.
