Exchanges

If your item doesn’t fit or isn’t quite what you expected, we offer a simple, hassle-free exchange process.

Eligible Items

We’re happy to exchange most standard items for a different size or colour.

Please note:

  • Custom-made or engraved items cannot be exchanged or refunded unless there is a proven fault or manufacturing defect on our side.

How to Exchange

For the fastest service, we recommend one of the following options:

  1. Place a new order (recommended)
    • Place a new order for the replacement item you want.
    • Return the original item to us.
    • Once we receive and inspect the return, we’ll process a refund for the original purchase.
  2. Exchange via return only
    • Send the original item back to us.
    • When we receive and approve the return, we’ll ship the replacement item.

Processing Time

Exchange processing times vary depending on:

  • How quickly the returned item reaches us, and
  • The time required to prepare any customised orders.

In most cases, exchanges are completed within a few days to a couple of weeks from the date we receive your return.

International Exchanges

For customers outside the USA, the quickest and most reliable method is to:

  • Place a new order for the replacement item, and
  • Return the original item for a refund once it arrives back with us.

This approach helps minimise delays caused by international shipping and customs.

Combined Shipping on Exchanges

If you are planning an exchange and also wish to purchase additional items:

  • You can add your replacement item to a new order and
  • Use combined shipping at checkout where available.

This can save you both time and shipping costs.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase and would like to return an item for a refund, please email us at:

  • Most standard items can be returned for a refund.
  • Custom-made or engraved items are non-refundable, unless there is a clear manufacturer’s defect or error.

Return Window

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • For Christmas gifts, the return period is extended to 30 days after Christmas.

Condition of Returned Goods

  • Items must be returned in good, resellable condition.
  • Please ensure all original bags, tags and labels are included, intact and undamaged.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or partially refund items that arrive used, damaged or incomplete.

Packaging & Return Shipping

  • Fold items neatly and pack them securely to prevent damage in transit.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

International Returns

For returns from outside the USA:

  • Clearly mark the package and customs documentation as “Returned Goods”.
  • This helps avoid unnecessary customs charges or delays.
  • Any customs fees incurred due to incorrect labelling may be deducted from your refund.
